Spring 2008 -

Abrams Development Group opens their new headquarters in Lee DeForest Corporate Center, located in the Columbia Gateway Office Park in Columbia, MD.

SuperArray Bioscience Corporation pre-leases 35,000 sq. ft. for their new headquarters in the Westview South Office Research Center, located in Frederick, MD.

Frederick Memorial Hospital leases 65,000 sq. ft. in Westview South II, located in Frederick, MD.

IBM renews for another year at Crestpointe I Corporate Center in Columbia Gateway.

Gymboree signs a lease on stand-alone building (2,133 sq. ft.) at the Rossville Shopping Centre in Baltimore, MD.


Fall 2007 -

Wells Fargo expands into an additional 13,000 sq. ft, in Crestpointe III Corporate Center in Columbia Gateway.

NetVersant signs a lease for 10,000 sq. ft. in Westridge Corporate Center in Columbia Gateway.

Rimkus Consulting renews for five years in Westridge Corporate Center in Columbia Gateway.

Chesapeake Martial Arts renews their lease for five years in Rossville Center Shopping Center in Baltimore.


Summer 2007 -

Maxim occupies 185,000 square feet on Lee DeForest Drive in Columbia Gateway, and Waste Management expands and renews for 7 years in Westridge in Columbia Gateway.

Groundbreaking occurs at Eastridge, a 160,000 sq. ft. Class-A office campus in Columbia Gateway.  Delivery is slated for January 2008.

Groundbreaking begins on two 43,000 sq. ft. buildings in Westview South Corporate Campus in Frederick, MD, with an ultimate buildout of 800,000 sq. ft.

Westview Commons in Westview Business Park is now 100% leased.


October 2006 -

Frederick Memorial Hospital signs lease to occupy 36,000 sq. ft as the headline tenant in the Westview Commons, in Frederick, MD.

The Maxim Group expands from 110,000 sq. ft. to 185,000 sq. ft., and Cosi will join the retail shops at Columbia Crossing 3.


June 2006 -

Abrams Development Group Announces Westview South - 750,000 square feet of flex and office space planned for the burgeoning Frederick County.

With the purchase of 58 acres at I-270 and Route 85, Abrams Development Group are readying for the expected long-term business growth in Frederick County.

Planned for the phased-in development of up to 12 buildings, Westview South can accommodate up to 750,000 square feet of Class A office and flex space. Construction starts in Spring 2007 on the first two buildings.

The site offers tenants adjacency to (and visibility from) Interstate 270 and includes retail amenities close by at Westview Promenade.

April 2006 -

Growth is Good: Long-term ADG tenants The Maxim Group and Sparta Defense both renew and double in size, with Maxim expanding from 50,000 to 110,000 square feet, and Sparta growing from 33,000 to 66,000 square feet.
